We are new patrons to this medical practice as of June We have had a total of four visitsThe first few were visitsMy daughter had a schedule appointment, I asked to be extended due some issues she was experiencingOn the day of the visit after waiting in the lobby for an hour we finally seen the doctorAfter a brief consultation she decided several things needed to be done, one included an ultrasoundI asked the nurse, "does she need to have a full bladder, because we have no access to water?" She states ,"No its not that type of ultrasound.." After waiting an additional hour and a half, a gentlemen came into the lobby asking if we were waiting on a ride because they were about to closeI stated we were waiting on the ultrasound tech to come get usHe told me to go to the front desk to see what was the hold upThe receptionist asked me could she help me, and I stated we had been waiting over an hour and a half for the ultrasound tech to come get usI told her the gentlemen with the clipboard told us it was almost closing timeOne of the office staff rudely yelled out, "She left over an hour ago, and she is half way to Clarksville!" I looked at the girl at the desk and said " Someone needs to find out what is going on." The doctor heard the commotion and asked what was happeningAfter the staff trying to point fingers, the women tells me I will have to come backI at this point was very angry, and stated I took the afternoon off and my daughter had to be pulled out of classI explained she could not miss more time at schoolThey booked her the next day at 4pmDue to another medical emergency with my father I had to reschedule that appointmentI called only to to be out on hold for minutesI called again to no one ever answering, and I called again to be put on hold againI called an additional time, telling the receptionist "Please do not put me on hold againI have called four times." I finally was able to get an appointment on Thursday at 4pmUpon arriving we waited about minutesThe tech came to get us and once in the room asked what was going onOnce the initial consultation was done she states " She does have a full bladder correct?" I tell her ,"No we were told she did not need one, it wasn't that Type of ultrasound." She gives my daughter a bottle of water tell her to drink it, then refill it in the water fountain, and come back to the room when she was doneMy daughter did that, and went to her room where the tech was eatingShe told my daughter to go back to the lobby she would come get her when she was done eatingThe tech finally came and got us, only to tell us my daughter's bladder was not full enoughShe said it was close to closing time and would have to ask the office manager if we could stay after closing timeShe returned only to tell me they would not hold the staff past closing and we would have to reschedule yet againAt that point we had our limitShe told me to stop at the desk on the way outI said no we will notWe should not have to come a third time, in one week because this office staff is incompetentWe left and minutes later the office manager called to ask "Why was I so upset." After trying to calmly explain the events of the past two appointments, all she could say was " Sorry things happen." I told her we would no longer be patrons of the office, nor would I recommend the business and she could cancel my next appointmentWe liked DrS***, however my time is just as important as their time
