I have been doing business with this "bank" for years The tellers know me by name & usually are very friendly They recently moved without notifying me I went to the old location where a guard rudely told me they were closed ( @PM) It was near to & no other nearby branch was open causing me tremendous inconvenience Later, I went to their new branch & before I could withdraw my money, I was told I could not be served until I took off my hat (it was chilly) & prescription sun glasses And this after they greeted me because they have known me for years! No other bank has REQUIRED me to do this, ever! It's probably because they are too cheap to hire a guard Also, unlike Bank Of America, & most other banks, they'll charge you to use drive through Check for other service charges Can a business treat customers in this manner & stay afloat? Exercise due diligence when doing business I'm checking out so many other more accommodating banks It's my money!
Be careful If you want to bank at Total BankIf you do online banking they will ask you for a number where they can reach you constantly if you fail to log in from the computer that you put down as your main computerImagine getting a call every time you log in from a different computerWhat if you are overseas and you don't have your phone with youYou will not be able to log into your account or see your balanceAlso they will charge you at least $ for closing your account which you just opened and decided to close after this findings If you deposit a check for the first month of you opening the account, they will not make it available to you for at least days, depending on the amount

If you deposit a check for the first month of you opening the account, they will not make it available to you for at least 10 days, depending on the amount.
