Review: Total Cable offers extremely low quality service and often broken service. They refused to credit back the amount we have paid for three months of cable, in which their cable box was inoperative. They sold us a defective modem that they refused to take back and refund. We tried to solve these issues but they constantly blamed Time Warner Cable for providing an inferior internet connection when we had deduced that that was not the issue. When we finally cancelled their service they refused to come by to pick up their cable box and therefore refused to give us the $60 advance that we paid. When our neighbor ordered their service, we returned the box to them, but they still refused to give us the advance back. We called many times, but they were lying and being extremely unprofessional. They do not stand by their service. Total cable has extremely poor customer service and cable service.Desired Settlement: A refund for the defected modem of $30. A credit back of $120 for the three months that Total Cable was not working. And finally the $60 advance that they are refusing to return. In total, I am entitled to $210 from Total Cable for their inferior service, inoperative equipment and unresponsive representatives.

Review: I had to deposit $200 USD to use their cable box services. I had disconnected their services in Mid December 2013. TotalCableUSA was suppose to reimburse my deposit upon receiving their equipments. They have received their equipment within the first week of January 2014. I called several times enquiring about my deposit money. First few times their excuse was the manager issues check and he is not in the office or sick. Then they assured me they will send the check. They need more time to process the check. Mean while Febraury rolls around. Finally on the [redacted]when I called, They informed me that the check has been approved on the [redacted]Febraury and has been issued on the **February. Today is [redacted]. I do not think US Postal service takes that long to deliver a mail within US.Desired Settlement: All I want my balance to be returned to me ASAP. The total amount is $215.00. They do not dispute on the amount. They are just giving me the run around. This lying to customers needs to stop. Please help!!
