Totalleecase.com is advertising a different case from that which they are sellingThey iPhone XS case pictured for sale, on their website, has distinct and separate holes for the speaker grills at the bottom, and a different number on each sideHowever, the case they are shipping out to customers after purchase just has two big holes in the bottom where the speakers are located and therefore isn't nearly as aesthetically pleasing to the eyeThey also have not refunded my order, and no one is available at their customer service phone number, eitherThe screen protector they sent me was faulty, as wellIt didn't align properly with the size of the screen or outline of the display, maintained air bubbles, was defective in the top left corner
