Totally 80s Bar and Grille

Review: My party of 5 paid $50.00 to enter this establishment on Friday April 24th, 2015. We were told by security that seating was first come first serve except for VIP area. We found and empty table and sat down. A few minutes later, a rude waitress told us that that table was being occupied, however there was no drinks or reserved sign on table or anybody else sitting there. She said that guests were outside smoking, we proceeded to stay seated there. She came back and told us to move again. Then the manager [redacted] came over and told us to move because table was occupied, we again explained our position, she then told Security in her words to kick us out, we asked for a refund because we had only been there 10 minutes and she told me to get out of her face and said there was no refunds. She said that was the policy. We did leave without incident after that, but I need to complain because we paid $50 to be treated very badly and I don't think a manager should behave this way. The owner should be aware of her behavior and that she lost not only 5 customers that night but we had 4 more people coming to join us which meant more revenue for the establishment. This place needs better management or they will lose more clients. I feel that I should get my money money back but I can't seem to find out the owner's name so I'm posting this complaint her to see if I can get some info or contact from the owner.Desired Settlement: $50 back from this establishment.
