Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I read the response from [redacted] on the complaint I filed with youHe was completely out of line by referring to his plummer in my caseIt had nothing to do with his lack of communication skills to me or my mother when his assistant came to the house and basically got in our faces about a travel costI read [redacted] 's response to Revdex.com with your co-worker [redacted] and we both felt it was inappropriate on his part I had to chase [redacted] down after I talked with my mom's insurance company which is [redacted] about the billI had to find his billing person on my own to ask her why they were still charging me for travel pay when they did not mention it when I made the appointment [redacted] finally relented at that time and deducted the $travel pay costHe should not have an A+ rating when his communication skills are minimal at best Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern: Unfortunately, we can not refund the $traveling charge, because we can not afford to work for free We give all our patients requesting home visits options if they would like to see us:come into our office and there is NO $travel charge, we simply charge for the medical services rendered, orPay $for us to make a visit to the home, the $dollars covers travel time, vehicle maintenance, and fuelwe then bill the insurance for any medical services rendered.This individual has filed a complaint with the medical board and now the Revdex.com, we in years have never had a complaint to either organization because we are diligent with our policies and explaining them My plummer charges me $to show up, this complaint is absolutely bogus Perhaps this individual was confused from another agency or company.Regards, [redacted]
