I have invited the customer to stop by and process an additional credit for $100.He has agreed to do soFor some reason the Credit Card company send back the second credit as unauthorizedI told the customer originally to call me if the second credit did not process after a few daysInstead he chose not to call and to file an additional complaint with Revdex.com, which absolutely baffles me Dan H [redacted] Owner9/13/

Sir/Madam: I am sending in a response to the complaintresolution letter issued by Dan H*** Mr Hussey came to my home on Sept 1st to view the installation and to discuss the issues of an itemized listing and charging for materials not used We came to an agreement and he told my wife and I that he would be refunding us $ I provided him with the credit card number for the refundMy credit card statement showed a refund of $on September 1st I sent an email to his office reminding him of the $difference and his email reply stated that he had applied two separate refunds for $each and to wait to see it on my statement It is now September 8th and the 2nd $ refund was never replied to the account I am sending a copy of his email as an attachment. *** ***
