I was told I had a contract with one of their clientsCertain steps needed to be taken on their end that stretch from one, to two, to four months!! This whole time I had to contact them for updates because I never heard from them otherwiseBy the end of the fourth month I realized I hadn't heard from them all month! By that point I realized I had wasted my time entirely with this companyI even reached out one last time and they didn't even bother to email me backNo sorry, no NOTHING! I can't believe they never informed me the job fell through, communication is all I was asking for!!

give you the information that TotalMed has surrounding the situation.
I can confirm that I have received a phone call from Ms. [redacted] regarding the phone calls she has been receiving. When she contacted me, she was understandably upset about receiving these calls so often. I assured her that nobody from our office has been calling her, as I was not able to find her in our systems anywhere. The number she provided me was prefaced with an Oregon area code (forgive me but I can not find the number she was stating was calling her). I did try to assure her that if she was receiving a call from us, the number would come from a Chicago Area Code or a Northeast Wisconsin Area code.
I made an attempt at contacting the number she stated was on her caller ID and it must be a scam because the number provided isn’t in service. What I think is happening is that a company is masking their caller ID to show TotalMed’s name and Ms. [redacted] is an unfortunate recipient of these calls.
