Hard to get a hold of. I've called them to request my insurance card, and all I received was a large packet of benefit information. I cannot sign up on the website due to never knowing my member ID number. Their customer service line has undisclosed hours, and their email form can't even be submitted because they can't maintain their reCAPTCHA. "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key"
