I never received my first order. UPS didn't deliver it. They made me pay for a new order while they filed a claim with UPS (which they requested I also do and I did even though I thought it was odd). I kept waiting for my refund, then found out I had to request an RMA for a "return" in order to initiate my refund. I did then, and still never got a refund, then they told me I had to wait until their claim with UPS is complete and they get their money back. I have been back and forth with them for almost 2 months now and they still have not refunded me. I don't recommend them

This company has no customer service! If you have a problem or need to return an item do not expect a response. They are terrible.

Buyer beware! Do not expect a response if you have a problem with your order and don't expect a full credit. If you made the mistake of buying from them deal directly with your credit card for a refund.
