This company will only provide return shipping labels if they feel a return is justified or an error on their endI've previously been given return shipping labels for orders (both in error on their side, and simply for items I wanted to return)But suddenly they are refusing to provide shipping labels againThis is unfair and misleading to the customer, who presumes they will receive a shipping label for a return order, particularly if they've received one in the past

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE AMOUNT OF $FOR A JACKET FROM THIS COMPANYS WEBSITETHIS MORNING IT FINALLY SAID IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY BUT WAS NOTI CONTACTED UPS AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT AND I NEEDED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY FOR A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUNDIM GUESSING IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND UPS WASNT ABLE TO RETRIEVE ITI CALLED THE COMPANY TO ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT NO ONE ANSWERED ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINEI LEFT A VOICEMAIL BUT NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO MEID JUST LIKE A REFUND AT THIS POINT
Similar to the incidence recorded on 2/3/2015, I had terrible experience with Totokaelo about store credit very recentlyUnfortunately, it has still not yet been resolved with my money backBack in Jan 2016, I returned a coat purchased online from Totokaelo and was issued with store credit of around dollarsSince then I had been trying to find something from its website to purchase so that I can redeem the creditBut in vain, I realize the items it carries are not of my styleAfter 6-month efforts with no result, I wrote to customer service in July asking if I can have my money back considering all the efforts I had spent on thisI was shocked when its customer service replied that given the credit was issued months ago, nothing can be done! I respected its store policy by trying for months, and now its customer service used this 6-month period against me and in their email reply, they even suggested I should write to them within months rather than wait for monthsTo

Our online policy clearly states that "clients are responsible for return shipping charges". This statement is also found on the return form and invoice included with the client's online order. Totokaelo provides return labels when we are responsible for fulfillment errors, as a courtesy to our...
clients. Online orders fulfilled correctly are not eligible for a return label, per our policy stated in the two locations above. As a courtesy to this client for the confusion she experienced, I have provided her with a return label after her complaint, stating that it was her final courtesy return label for a correctly fulfilled online order until we are able to provide return labels for all online orders.Our return policy can be found here: https://totokaelo.com/about/returnsAttached is the return label provided to the client and her invoice and return form which states our return policy.
