Review: I brought my car to get the back brakes fixed in March of 2015 for $200.63. In August of 2015, just 5 months later my rare brake on the driver's side fell out. It was completely done which should not happen in just 5 months. I went back on August 18. They told me they were going to fix the brakes, the calipher and brake rotor (the calipher and rotor on the driver's rare side). They told me the brakes where going to be free but did not give me an estimate for the calipher and rotor causing me to think they were also free. Without giving me any type of an estimate for the work they were going to do on the car, they surprised me with a bill for $215.61 for the work on the calipher and rotor, which I paid. Two days later, just two days later, the rare of my car started to squeak again. I took the car to a friend who does work on his car and he told me the calipher they put on the car was not new and in fact it was already rusty. I went back to Totowa Tire and they insisted the calipher was new, but that makes no sense since it was already rusty. I then took the car to [redacted] to get it looked at by an expert, who confirmed that not only was the calipher not new at all but it calipher had already gone back; messing up the rotor (which was new) causing my car to squeak again. I was told at [redacted] that I would need to re-replace the calipher and the rotor that they had installed.Desired Settlement: All I want to get done is for Totowa Tire Service to place the calipher and rotor that they put in which ones that are actually new. If they cannot do that, then I would like a refund for the unsatisfactory work that they did on my car and for the calipher that they claimed was new but was not and has already gone back in less than a week
