Review: We ran a voucher promotion with Totsy in April. End customers have been turning in voucher coupons, which we have been honoring, per our contract. However, when Totsy sent us our payment for the vouchers, $803, the check did not clear. It was reported to be from “FROZ/BLOCK ACC”. I received communication from MY bank on 5/**/13 regarding the nonpayment and have been attempting to contact Totsy ever since. On 5/**/13, I left 2 voice mails, sent an email to my Totsy contact as well as to their customer service - address located on their website. On 6/*/13, I finally received a response from their customer service email, directing me to email a different email address. On 5/**/13, I called (no response, unable to leave a voicemail) and emailed again. On 5/**/13, I received an email response from another contact person, reporting they were "checking with Totsy accounting" On 5/**/13, I emailed to request the results. On 6/*/13, I received a response from the 2nd contact person, asking if it was the Totsy check that did not clear, which I had already stated, several times. I responded promptly, restating the entire situation. On 6/*/13, I sent a follow up email, requesting payment. Vouchers are still being submitted , but we are hesitant to honor them if we are not going to be paid for them.Desired Settlement: I am requesting payment of the $803 owed per contract, as well as $10 to cover the exact banking fees we were charged for the returned check.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

After I continued to email them (phone calls were never answered), they paid the initial amount owed, the $803. They did not reimburse for the banking fees from the previous check that did not clear. I'm not happy, and would never work with them again or recommend them to others, but I do consider the matter resolved.

Review: I placed my order on May [redacted] with an estimated ship time of 1 - 3 days. I e-mailed customer service 3 times looking for the status of my order with no response. I called customer service 3 times. The first time I was told my order was shipping out that day. I waited 3 days and looked on line to find out my order was never sent out. I called a second time and was told the operator would check with the warehouse and get back to me as to where my order was. She never got back to me. I called a third time and was told that she sees what the problem is (my shipping address was too long). She said she fixed the issue and my order would finally ship out on Thursday June **. As of Today (Friday June **) the order has still not shipped out. At every phone call I was told that they do not take the money until the order ships out. Well they got my money on May [redacted] and over 3 weeks later, still has not shipped out my order. My daughter will be ready for college by the time they ship out my order. The company committed fraud. They took my money and never sent my items and probably never will. I think when they say shipping in 1 - 3 days and over 3 weeks later they still haven't shipped after me having contacted them 6 different times, the realty is they basically have stolen my money. No one ever responds properly (or doesn't at all) and they just keep telling people things will ship out when they won't. They have done nothing to remedy this situation and keep giving me the run around.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund from those thieves.

Review: I purchased plates from Totsy. They came yesterday, but were completely broken. I took pictures of the shipping box and the plates. I have tried contacting Totsy, to no avail.Desired Settlement: Please refund my credit card in the amount of $9.00.
