The business refused to take respondibitly for the defective, incomplete work performed the *** - related to inspection/ emissions mattersMasschusetts consumer protection laws are supposed to protect consumers for such matters astroturfing the business is clearly in violation. The response from the Business is and deceptiveThe Business refused to take responsibility and repeatedly stated the same and refused to cooperate This constitutes discriminatory practices Note the Business stated "He REFUSED to service the car "then attempted to charge me $to take a second look for work Business apparently performed.

Dear Revdex.com, This vehicle was owned by a regular customer of ours who recently sold it to the party that complainedWe have never performed service for this party This person who purchased the vehicle insisted we diagnose a new problem that occurred after she purchased this car and was
unrelated to service we performed on the vehicle for the previous owner We told her we would be happy to diagnose her problem but that she would have to pay for any diagnostic service She refused, so we informed her would could not service her vehicle That is the last we heard of it and now she apparently has complained to you Obviously this person is unhappy she has to service her newly purchased and she wants someone else to pay for it Her complaint should be with the previous owner who sold her the vehicle and subject to the state laws of that purchase Why we are in any way part of this complaint has no meritIf you would like to learn more about how we do business, I would suggest you read the more than Google, Yelp and website (www.tottenpondautomotive.com) reviews on our companyIf you do read the reviews, you will see we have very few complaints and when we do, we take them extremely serious and respond promptly to all them.Once again, this complaint has no merit and I hope the Revdex.com would see to remove it from its database.
