Touch Beverages is failing to honor their warranty program and will not discuss the problem with me.
In November 2017 after several discussions regarding the problems with my coffee maker they authorized me to return the unit for repair under authorization *** The unit was shipped to them on 11/14/17. They returned the unit to me approximately December 14th with no communication as to what they had done to repair the unit. The unit still does not work properly and I have notified them repeatedly of the ongoing problem but they are refusing to replace the unit without me paying to return the defective unit to them. I emailed them on 12/26/17, 12/27/17, 1/1/18 and 1/5/18 reiterating the fact that the unit was not working and I fully explained the problem. I have also emailed on 1/5/18, a *** who is a supervisor and explained my concerns. I indicated I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the issues with him but they company does not answer their phones and they have not reached out to me to try and resolve. They emailed me on 1/5/18 telling me how to troubleshoot the issues and if that did not work to "ship your unit to Touch Office at your expense, after receiving at Touch, we can ship out a new Touch..." This is not acceptable as I have a defective unit which should be replaced at their expense, not mine.

Desired Outcome

I want the common courtesy of a phone call from *** who is the *** Manager and then I want them to send me a refund for the product I bought at Best Buy and which never worked as optimally. I want them to honor their warranty. In researching this organization, I am not the only one who has had the same type of problems with their warranty and customer service issues. As stated, I have repeatedly tried to call them but NO ONE in their organization answers telephone calls. It makes me question as to the financial stability of this company.

n Manager has spoken with *** explained that she should not be using very finely grinded coffee in the Refill Jumbo Cup which had clogged the unit, needed deep-cleaning, and she understood the misusage to be corrected.

We did not have new T526S unit in stock in our warehouse previous months, so *** repaired *** unit with a new part and fully tested 1 business day before shipped out via Fedex Ground in December 2017.

Our Technician Reports mentioned the *** unit was misused by the end-user which caused the clog deep inside the unit, needed deep cleaning.

Please be informed, we're taking good care of *** and we've shipped out a New Replacement Brewer serial number A via Fedex Ground Tracking *** yesterday.

If this new unit serial number*** is misused by the end-user, we're not obligated for the manufacturer's warranty.

We request this case to be closed as well taken care by the manufacturer.

We finally did get a new unit from Touch. The rest if their explanation is bogus. *** never had the courtesy to contact me throughout the whole process. The unit was not misused and we followed their instructions for cleaning. They never told us what the did to repair the original unit who h never worked when returned to us. Do not be mislead by this organization.
