thingsWe were not late to the weddingWe arrived before the time we agreed on and took lots of photos of the couple and bridal party getting ready as well as photos of the bridal party beforehandThere was some mix up with the start of the ceremony and we were inside with the bride and bridesmaids getting photos of them leaving the mansion thinking the ceremony hadn't already startedThere were some big gaps in communication between us and the wedding coordinator, which we had never experiences beforeWe were used to feeling more like a teamBecause we tried to stick with the bride like we thought was best before heading outside to catch the pre ceremony photos, we missed some photos of *** arriving in a special car and of the groomsmen enteringThat is all we missed and we captured the rest of the ceremony, including the bride's entrance and the rest of every part of the beautiful ceremony and rest of the daySince we do feel terrible about what happened, we did provide some form of refundWe did not miss the photos out of laziness or malice or lack of organization on our part and did feel so so badly about itHowever, we really felt that the photos we gave were our best work possible (other than the few missed shots)We have expressed our sincere apologies and hope that they can manage to enjoy the rest of the hundreds of photos we gave them during their wedding day
