Hello, *** We got the letter about customer complaintThe customer asked for return an item, but she brought her reciept after about weeks. According to our policy, customer can exchange or refund within days. Also we put the policy at register, and I think it is not as

We understand the perspective of the customer, but our policy does not allow any exceptionOur policy includes that all wigs and human hairs are final saleAlso, We clearly specify the policy not just on the counter, but all around of the
storeEspecially, there are many signs which are marked 'Final Sale' in the wig departmentIn addition, we always give many chances to try to wear wigs, which we sale, to customers in order to handle customers' wrong decision in advanceIf we allow the customer to return the wigs, it is not fair to all other customersWe always try to be kind of all customerThank you

I truly believe that the business should also have it on the receipt as well as tell the customer When I went back in the store, I noticed that they made put another sign up I don't believe that they advertise the no return in the proper way I am so disappointed, because after trying on the wigs, I found that I was allergic to the synthetic hair When I got home, my neck broke out in a rash and I had to take medicine
I would like to give the unused wigs back and get a refund back from the wig store I am not everybody else, I am not trying to take advantage of them, I am just asking for mercy and understanding I have spend hundreds of dollars, buying products for my daughter and granddaughters
Once again, I am asking and begging for a return of the unused wigs and my money back
The wigs has not been worn nor used they are still new in the package!
