As is our business practice, we sent to *** our contract which included our fees and travel time. She called and told us she could not figure out our contract and how to return it. We do not I went ahead and went to the home with two women to review the home and picked up the
contract. I personally worked myself with the other two women cleaning from 9:30am - 11:30am and I came back and rejoined the other two women again 12:- 2:30pm. My two women crew worked straight through from 9:30am - 2:30pm. I checked with her husband and he said that there was no budget. However, I was told later that there was a $budget. I showed her husband all that we had to do - this was a sq foot home which does not include the full basement with a bathroom which we vacuumed, wiped down and mopped as well as clean the basement bathroom. I charged the residential cleaning rate of $35.00/hour/person and a $travel rate. We worked very hard on her home to clean it. My company takes pride in our work and we want to make sure our work is exceptional. My business did an excellent job in cleaning her home and our charges were $505. We had already agreed that we would accept the payment of $from her and be finished with this home. As much as I feel that we are owed the $, in order to end this business relationship with ***, we will accept the payment of $but we also want *** to not slander us in public or social media. Our work was exceptional and we take pride in what we do. This is how we have built a reputable business for almost years
