Touch of Class Cleaning service

Review: I first used this service in April 2014. After the first cleaning I noticed that this company (particular person) did not do everything that is stated on their website. Missed a lot of cleaning areas. I did email the company that night and let them know, they offered to come back and do it, but I said just do it the next time you come. The second time was the beginning of June, because the time in May she "forgot" to come and so we had to reschedule. Again she did partial cleaning, but still took the money. I have tried to contact Brooke (the owner) several times to let her know that I will not be using her again and to also get my key back with no response. I also stated that since she didn't do all the work both times that I should at least receive $85.00 back. She still has my key to my home and hasn't responded to my requests. I have the emails that I have sent her and also the bounced back on the emails that aren't going through now.Desired Settlement: $85.00 and my key back to my home. I also have her cell number in case the other number doesn't work. ###-###-####
