I believe I have answered your complaintsLibby, please look at my original stone price and price out what you picked outYou cannot say I did not go above and beyond trying to make you happyI do not know exactly what you want from me. Jeff
I do not know where to beginThere was an architect who was involved in this project, there were many disagreements about many issues including the client calling subs directly to work for her without our knowledge. Our Stone fabricator made a table from a slab the owner picked out, who upon seeing
the already made custom piece demanded we take it back as it was not the stone she picked, after about weeks of investigations it turned out the owner never sent to see her stone at the yard and it was the stone she picked outMy stone fabricator put a lean on the building, at which point the architect reached out and asked if we could resolve thisAfter talking it over we decided it would be best to part ways and mutually agreed that we would be paid $10,of the $15,owed and we would remove the lien and part as friendsThats the last I heard up until right nowThere are many other issues such as the client would complain about every aspect of the project and I would ask for the architect to be present and she would not allow it. I am in a service business where they say "the customer is always right" that is not the case right now. If needed I can dig up plenty of emails to support my casePlease let me know if you do need anything Thank you Jeff
