PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICEWe purchased a spa from them and after one year it developed some kind of bacteria film which we could not removeThey worked with us for months attempting various deep cleaning methodsThey even got written instructions from the manufacturer after several failed attemptsThe manufacturer's method also failed and they delivered a replacement spa (same $8,model) complete with cover and lifterAll of the cleanings and replacements were done at no charge to meThey just go above and beyond to deliver the best customer service
