Touch of East Nail Salon and Spa

Review: I went in during my lunch break to receive a standard pedicure, and I was told that would be $26. When I went to pay, I was told that I had received a "spa pedicure," which would cost $53. I am an administrative assistant who is also paying for grad school, so I do not have $60 (after tip) just hanging around. I argued with them, saying that I had not asked for a spa pedicure, and that I had be told it would cost $26, but they insisted that I agreed to it, and had simply assumed that I "was an old customer, so I knew what I was getting." This was my FIRST and LAST time at the salon. They were extremely rude, and the manager spoke no English, so I had to assume that his employee was translating correctly. I left there $60 poorer, with only a gift certificate for a manicure as my compensation (I hate getting manicures). As I refuse to every set foot in there again, I gave the gift certificate to a coworker, who also doesn't want to return. Terrible, terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $53.
