[redacted] Mr [redacted] qualified for a $rebate for a purchase dated 11/24/That card was mailed out on 12/23/to the address above.We issued a replacement card on 3/15/to the same above addressOn 4/15/Mr [redacted] called back and verified his address as what we have on record and we were going to send a new card with a tracking number this time.Before we could to that, we received a call from the Discount Tire store manager who asked us to cancel that request and he would pay Mr [redacted] at the storeSo, in short, Mr [redacted] should have been satisfied with his $rebate paid to him at the store on 4/15/Please let me know if he still has any concernsThank you,Peter L***Director of Client Services [redacted] Description: front_logo
