Dear Sir or Maam,Clients (including Ms***) come at a significant marketing expense to Touch Therapy through many sources. Every therapist signs a contract agreeing that upon termination, they will not solicit said clientsTo do so is a violation of the contract terms. Ms*** was
terminated after numerous attempts to address integrity issues. Ms.*** has been a therapist for less than one year. Ms*** and failed to show up or her last appointment nor did she call to cancel her appointment which was *** to a therapist with more than years experience and, who performs very similar massage. Additionally, we employ LMT's and, as with every client which was seen by Johnetta ***, offered to schedule clients who were seen by Ms*** an opportunity to be seen by another therapist to find the perfect fit...at my expense. I have attached documentation from our scheduling program showing the number of visits remaining on Ms*** account. At no time was Ms*** promised the same therapist and due to the special pricing of massage packs, we do not refund unused visits. In this instance, we are still open for business and Ms*** is very welcome to use her remaining massage visits at either of our locations. Ms*** has contacted Ms*** and several other clients for solicitation purposes. Ms*** of course has the right to go wherever she chooses for massage services and we may legally pursue Ms***. In the meantime,or doors are open for business and we have many talented, capable, experienced LMT's to honor Ms*** remaining pack visits. I believe she has remaining. We are willing to refund the remaining visits however the visits already used would revert to our regular rate of $plus tax

[redacted] telephoned our office to use a [redacted] which her son purchased.  We provided explanation regarding the need for a credit card to secure the appointment.  We explained that the card would not be charged by us unless she was unable to give us 24 hour notice if she needed to...

cancel.  She stated that she would not give us a cc, she did not know us or trust us and that she needed a massage and she was going to get a massage from us today.  We further elaborated on her options to book online and input the cc information herself.  She stated she did not have a computer.  We also gave her the option of coming into the office to pay a $25 deposit to hold the appointment.  She became very loud and responded that we were going to give her a massage today or else!  She then stated that she was going to tell her son and once he called, we would be sorry.  At this point, we felt threatened and requested of [redacted]s that she speak to her son, obtain a refund for his [redacted] because we would be unable to provide massage services to her.  [redacted] repeatedly stated that we would be providing her with massage therapy, today, and we wouldn't like it very much when her son calls.  We explained to her that we would be happy to talk to her son but we would have to end this call.  [redacted] called back 11:47 1:42 and 1:46.  We explained to [redacted] that we would consider any further calls harassment and that we regretfully would not provide her with massage therapy services. [redacted] daughter in law called our office and when explained the events she stated: She would explain the need for a cc to her husband so he could explain it to his mother and she is still didn't understand, the daughter in law ([redacted]) stated she would use the [redacted].  We agreed.  We called the daughter in law back after [redacted] repeated phone calls to let her know about [redacted] repeated phone calls and statements about "we'll be sorry when her son called...".  The daughter in law and son stated that they were going to tell [redacted] that they returned the [redacted] so they could use it themselves.  Both the daughter in law and son repeatedly apologized for [redacted] behavior.
