This company is now operating under LA Collective to avoid the countless complaints and negative reviews that have plagued them for the last several years. I've been trying to get a refund for items I sent back and haven't heard from anyone on a week now. No phone number, they delete comments and messages on their social media account. The worst customer service and the products are poor quality, the fit is way off and the colors are not as advertised.

Ordered two item on 6/20/20. They sent email stating items shipped on 6/22/20. When I asked for a tracking number they said they were sorry and the order hasn't actually shipped yet, so they shipped it that day, which was 6/29/20. Items were terrible quality and I reached out to return the items for a refund immediately. They sent me a return label and it was sent back on 7/3/20, and was received at their dock on 7/6/20. Today is 7/17/20, I've reached out twice now and each time was given a generic response that they were working on processing the refund nearly 2 weeks later and the refund would be done by 7/24/20. I've researched reviews on google about them and have seen that they don't provide a phone number, and they start ignoring people they owe refunds to. This company is a scam and should be shut down for fraud. I want my refund that I am owed.

They have refunded my money after 4 weeks. Now the website says they no longer do refunds. Terrible company. Buyer beware.

I've sent 5 emails requesting a refund shipping label so that I can send the merchandise that came damage and falsely advertised. With zero response.
It took the company about 6 weeks to get me my clothing purchase order. I had to reach out to them 3 times via email to finally get a response that my order along with others was lost in the mail. When I finally received my order their were holes inside the pockets of the sweat pants, the sizes were not true to website measurements and the material was stiff and itchy. I have sent the company 5 emails over a two week period requesting a return shipping label with zero response.

I ordered 4 items for Christmas - 2 leggins and 2 bras. When I received my order I was missing one of the Bras. Order #***
I have been emailing (since I cannot find a telephone number). I received a response on December 19th asking if I wold like to switch it out for another bra at no extra cost. To which I immediately responded and asked for the replacement to be the triple threat bra black in small. Despite several emails since to follow up on status of replacement, I have not received any response. I have looked for a telephone number but I have cannot find any other way to reach then and have not received a response.

At this point, I just want to receive a refund for the item I paid for and did not receive. Moon Sports Bra $48 including the associated shipping charges and taxes. I also think they should provide some method of communicating other than an email to which they do not respond.

I ordered a sports bra & workout pants on May 11, 2018. The items I ordered did not fit so I returned them. On June 18, 2018 I was finally able to get this company to respond to me to return these items. On June 25, 2018 Touche LA emailed me confirming they have received my return and will issue me a refund. Today, January 10, 2019 I still have NOT received my refund from Touche LA. I've sent multiple emails, called multiple times and have been told "looking into this right away and will make sure its resolved". But yet it has been 7 months and still NO refund.

Order *** was placed in November. Took them weeks to finally ship, and it ended up being a completely different item (of lesser value). Complained to this firm MANY times and they never responded. My fiance finally got them to reply on social media and they sent me a return label. They received the returned item 16 days ago and again will not respond to me. This is fraud. I paid $74.62 for a pair of pants for my fiance, and never received my item. All I want is the correct item. This company must have the worst business model on earth, because what business in the US wouldn't want their customer to have the correct item that they ordered?? I wasn't even rude to these people, I simply told them I received the wrong item and they flat-out ignored me. The purchase date of this order was 11/14 and it was for a pair of XS/X pink heather unstoppable leggings for my fiance. I paid $74.62. My payment method was afterpay, whom was of little help as well. Again, the order number was ***. On 12/13 they FINALLY sent a return label after my fiance contacted them on social media. The USPS tracking number for the return is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and the RMA number is XXXXXX

Hi! The customer was refunded a few weeks ago. A confirmation email was sent on top of this as a reference. Apologies for the delay you experienced! We appreciate your feedback and hope this occurrence doesn't happen again.

I have not been refunded for my return despite the company confirming that the refund had been processed.
I placed an order (order *** on October 20, 2018, received the order shortly after, and reached out on 10/28/18 asking for a return label to ship back an item, the Sage Olive Pin Stripe Sports Bra in XS/S. A Customer Service rep responded on 10/31/18 asking if I would like to exchange the item instead of placing a return; I replied immediately that I would not like to exchange and wanted to proceed with the return. After receiving no response, I followed up via email on 11/5/18 asking again for a return label but received no response. I emailed again on 11/6/18, 11/7/18 and 11/8/18 asking for the return label and did not hear a response until my last email where I directly threatened to go to the Revdex.com should I not hear back. With that, they immediately responded with the return label on 11/9/18. On 11/20/18, the company emailed me to confirm they received my return and asked AGAIN if I wanted a refund or to exchange the item; I immediately replied that I wanted a refund and asked for confirmation once it was processed. No response back, so I followed up on 11/26/18 asking again to be refunded. *** from Customer Service responded back to me on 11/28/18 confirming that they had refunded and I was all set. Fast forward to today, 12/20/18, I was looking over my credit card statement and saw to my shock and awe that I was never refunded for my returned bra.

Separately, I placed a second order (order *** on 11/23/18 during their Black Friday sale. I received confirmation that the shipment was on the way 11/26/18. On 12/17/18, THREE weeks after the delivery confirmation email, I emailed the company to say that I had not received the order and the tracking number they provided three weeks before showed that the package had not left their facilities. I was particularly upset because the items purchased were intended to be Christmas gifts and were intentionally ordered with plenty of time to deliver for the holiday. Mecah from Customer Service responded back the same day confirming they spoke with the warehouse and that it would ship out that day. I did not receive any confirmation email, and after checking the tracking I saw still no movement, so I followed up to check on the status 12/19/18. Having not received a response YET AGAIN, I emailed this morning 12/20/18 and of course have yet to hear back.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded for my returned bra (order #***) and overnight delivery of order #*** to make sure that I receive in time for Christmas.

This has not been resolved. I have yet to receive my order!! It has been two MONTHS, and I've received multiple emails saying the order was shipping but nothing has come. My card has already been charged. I'd like what I paid for or my money back immediately. This is actually insane.

I ordered items from this store. Did not receive all of the items. Now they haven't given me a refund after my return of what I did receive.
I purchased a "seal grey bundle" on October 6, 2018 that included a sports bra, leggings, shirt, and tote bag. The ***. I only received the leggings and shirt. I contacted Touche LA five times between October 11 and October 18 about my missing clothing items and they would not respond to the fact that I had been sent an incomplete order. They finally responded on October 18 when I requested to return the order for a refund, and they said they would send a shipping label, still they did not acknowledge the missing items from my order. I then had to follow up twice to get my shipping label. On October 24 Touche LA contacted me saying they received my order and asked if I wanted an exchange or refund. I had already told them I wanted a refund, and I responded that day to let them know once again I wanted a refund. I contacted Touche LA on October 30 and November 3 about the status of my refund, because I still have not received it 10 days after they acknowledged receipt of my return. Touche LA has not responded to my emails regarding my refund.

I just want my refund as I sent in my return. If they continue to keep my money that is stealing!

Issue started with misleading sizing of pants (say size Large fits size 10, would fit a size 6 at the largest), they do not allow people to leave reviews on their site so there's no way of knowing it isn't true to size as described; order was received 8/8/18, requested return slip every day until 8/16/18 when it was finally provided; sent return back 8/16/18; they confirmed the return was received on 8/20/18 and asked whether I'd like a refund or an exchange, I confirmed same-day I'd like refund; I had to follow up for over a week trying to get a reply; they finally responded on 8/30/18 confirming the refund had been processed; I have been following up regularly on status of refund, asking for support of refund so I could provide to my bank; finally received a reply 9/19/18 telling me the refund has been processed but did not provide details; the only way to get in touch with them is via email, they do not provide a phone number or chat service; terrible customer service, misleading sizing, no visibility into complaints - feels like they are discriminating against me because up front I told them that their sizes were too small for me

They even delete my public comments on Instagram asking for customer service.

This has STILL not shipped despite various responses from the company saying it will ship next week, it will ship this week, it will ship tomorrow. Nothing has been shipped and no tracking has been provided. The company clearly has no intention of providing the goods I've paid for. They even still email me trying to get me to buy more clothing, including the tops which I had originally ordered. Please provide a refund as this has gone on for some time now and you clearly have no intention of being honest or suppplying the goods.

I placed an order on 3/24/18 and still have not received the order. Customer service has failed to inform me of where my order is and when to expect.
On 3/24/18, I placed an order with Touche LA for a sports bra and matching leggings in Mint Chip color size Medium. I still have not received the order and it is now 5/29/18. Additionally, between March of 2018 and today, I have been receiving responses (in regard to my emails sent out) that the order was shipping "today" (corresponding to when the email from customer service was sent to me) but had never received shipping confirmation or the order. When ordering in March, the website stated that it would ship and/or be received in 5-10 business days. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any shipping confirmation at all, I kindly emailed customer service (because they do not have a phone number to contact) and was told on 4/2/18 that my order is shipping that very same week (the week of 4/2/18). On 4/11/18, I still had not received a shipping confirmation and upon checking USPS, the order had stated it was not received at USPS from the store yet. I emailed customer service again and was told on 4/16/18 by customer service that my order was shipping that day (on 4/16/18). I felt that I had been a nuisance to customer service so I wanted a couple of weeks. On 5/1/18, I still had not received an email for shipping confirmation or the order. Therefore, I reached out to customer service via email again on 5/1/18 and asked if someone could please provide me with information on when I can expect my order. On 5/2/18, I received an email that customer service would "have a confirmation today on this as we had some mis managed inventory with our warehouse." I then never received any feedback. On 5/21/18 after not hearing back from customer service, I sent another email asking if I could have my money refunded or a date of shipping confirmation. On 5/22/18, customer service emailed back and said "Checking right away! Apologies for the delay here" without leaving a name or any information. Customer service did not get back to me until 7 days later after I sent an email on 5/29/18 asking for my money to be refunded at that point. Customer service responded on 5/29/18 informing me that the clothing that I had ordered is not in stock. They then offered to "happily extend any set from the new collection. If not, we can gladly process your refund." I have no idea why they think having me pay for a clothing item that I had not ordered would rectify this situation. In response, I requested again for my money to be refunded. I hope that this is the last email that I have to send them. This has been a very negative experience as it is clear that customer service had no intention of reaching out to me to let me know that my order placed in March was no longer available and not going to be available. I had to reach out on several occasions, week after week, to receive any feedback at all and was continuously told that my order would be shipping out when that was not the truth. At this point, I am now worried that I will not receive my refund for what I have paid.

I would like to have the money that I spent on this order to be fully refunded. I have been waiting since March 24, 2018 for my order without any idea that it has not been in stock for months and it appears as though it will never be in stock again. If this item ever does become in stock or a similar item, I feel that the company should ship the items to me free of charge for having me wait months for an item that was never going to be delivered.

I submitted an order in January. It was missing an item. It is MAY 31ST and I STILL do not have a refund. I submitted another order for over $500 worth of clothing in the middle of March and I STILL have not received it/shipping confirmation/any sort of explanation. I have emailed them and chatted with their online support OVER a handful of times. They always say they will "look into it". This company is a joke.

This company has the worst customer service and I will never use it again. I ordered a pair of leggings, waited two months and they never came. I tried to email you all and no one ever responded. I was able to contact the company via facebook message and was informed that the leggings I had ordered were not actually in stock. BUT THEY WERE STILL IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE AFTER OVER TWO MOTHS OF NOT ACTUALLY BEING IN STOCK. They never planned to refund me or notify me that they were out of stock.

I purchased athletic wear from touche LA in December 2017. Despite my small frame, the merchandise sadly was too tight. I returned the clothing right away (within a week of receiving it). I scoured the internet for an email to this company to get a return address and finally Jsinger from their accounting department sent me a return label which I needed to pay more money for to send my merchandise back via FedEx. After waiting a month for a refund, I contacted "Jsinger" (who never gave a full name) by email and asked where my refund was. She told me for weeks she was processing it and I would receive the money back. Finally I had to call my bank to submit a claim and receive a temporary credit for the merchandise in the amount of 174.25. This was back in January. It's now April 2018 and the refund I received from bank for this claim was revoked and denied by Touche LA. I've received zero assistance from their customer service/accounting "departments". Once again I am out 174.25 for merchandise I returned to them. Even the phone number on their return label has a voicemail box which is full. In case anyone from this fraud of a company sees my complaint, my order number is *** and i'm still waiting for my refund and I won't stop trying to get it. Your lack of customer assistance is shameful and your business is ill run to say the least.

I ordered 3 pieces from their website for my girlfriend and only received 2 of them. I immediately reached out to let them know so I could get the additional item I paid for. Both my girlfriend and I have been reaching out consistently for the last 3 weeks through the chat on their website and via email to no avail. The customer service rep through the website chat keeps telling me they will respond and get back to me. This was 3 weeks ago...still nothing. Great products but terrible customer service.

I ordered a sports bra and legging matching set. I was told the items shipped but I noticed the tracking number had not been active for a few days so I emailed and was told my items were out of stock and that I'd be refunded. I was never refunded. Over the course of about 2 months I emailed multiple times and received no response about my issue. I also online chatted with a customer service rep who told me they'd email me in 72 hours which never happened. This was about $130 that was wasted since this company is not able to properly communicate or handle their business in a professional manner.

I ordered an outfit and it never arrived I reached out to FedEx to see if it was lost or stolen after two days without success I had to reach out to Touche LA to with the case number, they said not a problem we will refund you. I thought the case was done, however after 5 days and no refund I reached out 3 times within 8 days to hear nothing back from them. I finally logged onto their website and was chatted from a sales rep trying to help me find the perfect outfit. Thats when I took the opportunity to let them know the issue. After a few more emails they seemed to not care at all about working through the situation, finally I received a credit and it was only a partial credit. This organization is a SCAM and has no support team or process to ensure your satisfaction. Un responsive and not willing to make a situation right.

I was NOT refunded in full, and initially when you told me you had processed my refund you had not. I was refunded for the leggings however not the top. Amazon pay specifically notes that if I do not receive the items than I can file a claim, I did not receive any of the items. I reached out to fed ex to work with them to try to get them because at this point I was really excited about the work out clothing. I sent numerous emails with no response from your team. Who cares that they were sale because I never received them. A discount on something I never received does me zero good.

You are either incompetent or a scam, neither are qualities I want in a business that I use.
