THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE /Austin Peay hwyI filed a complaint with the office manager from my previous visit After a few months I tried a visit again Nothing has changed First, Hosephina has the worst customer service skills of anyone I've encountered in any office setting She is possibly hard of hearing because she speaks very loud She went across the hall and yelled information over to me in another room Yes really I reported this incident to the office manager, who couldn't have cared less I went in for a top denture, which I've had made by them before Without being seen by the dentist or anyone, I was told it would be for a premium denture I explained that I only wanted the basic denture because I need a new one every couple of years At the time I was reading over their brochure and prices for different qualities of dentures Instead of the dentist or even the manager talking to me, they sent in Hosephina She stated that I could not get the basic because it was for something else I explained that I had purchased it before with no problem She then changed it and said If I got it I would not get a try in or opportunity to okay the denture Ridiculous yes Then she said it would be if I wanted to see it and try it in, but no adjustments would be made I believe this is all because I have a coupon mailed to me by dentalworks, offering 30% off I have used this dentist before and the attitude and disposition of Hosephina is as bad as the first time I asked for the corporate info and left Coming out of the grocery store next door, a lady that was having her appointment stopped me and said, the employees discussed my visit at the desk, and that everyone in the waiting room knew the particulars of my visitThis business has no respect for privacy and are more interested in your money than anything else Of course the basic denture is much less expensive than the premium However, it doesn't say on the coupon or their own brochure, that I have to get a specific one advertisement, rudeness, disclosure of personal information, lying, and misrepresentation This is dentalworks To resolve this they need to make my basic denture, to my liking, with the REQUIRED try ins and adjustments, for the listed in their brochure, with the 30% off
