Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They sent the touchfire and case without me telling them to do it even thro I was interested in it I was busy with my
husband laptop they knew,it so I paid for it in good faithIt is just amazing that a small envelope with a check gets there without a tracking number & a package
that is to times bigger does notIt never came back to meI put every letter and number on it which they said needed to be on it to get to them, or was the
letters and numbers they gave me were to get it lostSincerely,*** ***

Sorry, but we never received [redacted]'s return merchandise, therefore we can't issue a return refund.
It is [redacted]'s responsibility to ensure that returned merchandise is actually delivered to the merchant. One way to do that is to ship with a tracking number, which she unfortunately didn't do....

Another way would be to show us the receipt from the post office for the shipment. But she hasn't shown us that either.
