The resident refund was processed and a check cut in early March It was mailed to Mr [redacted] and returned to a sister facility as undeliverable The address was verified and mailed out a second time and then returned again as undeliverable this time to Country Care Mr [redacted] was contacted and he physically picked up the check from Country Care and admitted that he has been having mail issues The check was cashed by Mr [redacted] on April At this time, I do not see any remaining dispute as the refund has been cashed
