After that I start getting bills from Touchstone for $ After I didn?t pay I started getting harassing calls from debt collector I called my insurance Feb 1, They said I owe nothing and Touchstone owes me $ United Healthcare called Touchstone for me to tell them this while I was on the phone with them Touchstone told United they'd pass *** along and they'd see

Touchstone made a billing error for an imaging procedure I received over a year ago They provided the wrong code to my insurance company and my insurance company would not pay They would have paid 100% had Touchstone provided the correct code I have spoken with this company or times over the past year trying to get the error corrected, and each time I was told they would take care of it and get back to me, and there was nothing further for me to doI never received any communication from themNow it has gone into collection and appeared on my credit reportI spoke to a billing supervisor weeks ago and she assured me she would resolve it within two weeks and the account would not be reported to the credit bureau, but now it has and this error has damaged my credit standingThis company is riddled with ineptitude and it has been so frustrating working with them I would not trust them with anythingeveragain!!
