Requested bill numerous occasions after services and never receivedmonths later, received bill Used this business for a pre-employment screening chest x-ray for myself, my wife and my sonI was able to get the bill for myself and my wife, but none for my sonI called and requested the bill many times and explained that I needed the bill to present to my employer for reimbursementThey showed no record and could provide no billA year from the date of service, the business has now sent a bill for my sonI can no longer be reimbursed and this is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a bill, especially after specifically requesting it from them

I got hurt and my Doctor wanted me to get an MRII called places around my house getting pricesI have a High Deductible PlanI have to pay 100% of all my medical expensive until I pay $2,I told the lady this at the time when I set the appointmentI told her it doesn't matter what insurance I have, that they are not going to pay anything and I need to know what they are going to charge me for this MRIShe said $I payed about $when I got the MRI and they said they would send me a billI got the bill and it was over $1,I called the number on the bill twice trying to get resolution and they basically called me a lairThey refused to reduce the bill a couple hundred and instead sold it to a collection agencyThis company is NOT consumer friendly

Touchstone called and verified my insurance coverage from the insurance, and then called me to schedule a visitAt that time they said my patient portion of the bill after verifying from the insurance company was a set amountI came in and paid my portion in full (the amount THEY said was my responsibility) at the time of the visitNEVER was I told that all Touchstone gets was a "ballpark" of patient responsibility during the visitNow months after the visit, they send me a bill stating that I owe more money now cause the insurance didn't pay them enough, and that all they do is get a "ballpark" on patient portion of the billThey also informed me that I could owe more money on the other scans that they did in the near future, if the insurance doesn't pay them the full amount

I utilized this company on 3-2-I paid them out of pocket for $for a sonogramAfter the insurance claim was finalized less than weeks later, I was informed that my copay should have been $and that I was due a refund from TouchstoneI've been contacting them since 3-13-and am getting a different answer every time I callFirst time I called I was told that the refund was 'waiting to be sent to a manager', then that it was "still waiting for manager approval"I called again on 5-2-and was told that they would personally send a message to the manager to refund my copay back to the card I usedI contacted them again 5-10-and was told that that because I had two other claims pending (FOR different charges and services of which I had zero co-pay for) that they were not going to release my previous refund that's been sitting since March 13thI have been transferred and told different things by different people each time I callWhen I ask for a manager, I'm told th

After a annual mammogram, I was contacted by Touchstone Imaging and told that I needed to return for an ultrasound due to something showing up on my mammogramWhen I went in for my ultrasound, the technician said let's see if we can get a better picture for the doctor so maybe I wouldn't have to get the ultrasoundI was told the picture wasn't clear enough and proceeded to another room for the ultrasoundThen I receive a bill for the second mammogram along with a charge for the 3D versionI was never asked if I wanted a second mammogram, which is not covered and I wasn't informed of thatThe way it was worded was let me see if we can get a better pictureBeing worried about the outcome of the this procedure was my main concern at the time but then to top it off, I was charged for the 3D mammogram which I was never informed about or asked to sign anything allowing a 3D mammogramSince the ultrasound was covered and the mammogram wasn't, I believe this business is taking advantage

I had a procedure done on 4/17/by Touchstone Imaging Hurst I paid $for coinsurance on the day of my procedure because their records showed that I was having two procedures done However, my medical insurance provider *** considered one procedure as part of the other one and disallowed the charging of two separate procedures.Touchstone has been paid by *** on 4/23/for the amount allowed by their insurance contract.I have received two bills from Touchstone each showing that I owe $because they are applying all of the $payment to the procedure that *** has disallowed and noting that insurance is pending Then they are billing me $because they are trying to collect an additional co-insurance for the procedure allowed for and paid by *** I called Touchstone on April 30, May 7, and July 3, No one has been able to help me, and their supervisor Chris did not return my phone call.In reality, Touchstone Imaging Hurst owes me $ They c

On June 8, 2018, my college-age daughter, *** *** (Account # XXXXXXX), went to Touchstone for a procedure As part of the processing, she offered Touchstone my insurance information for their files Because of this, the cash price was not even offered to my young daughter, who hasn't learned the dirty tricks employed by the medical industry to rob the general public I always pay cash and never offer my insurance coverage due to my exorbitantly high deductible ($7,000) I received a bill for $430, less a mandatory *** discount, bringing the amount due to $ I called around and learned Touchstone charges a cash paying patient $for this same procedure Why would I want to pay an additional $for the same procedure? When I called Touchstone's Billing Department this afternoon at 3:pm, I spoke with Jenny I explained the above, and she replied that it is Touchstone's nonnegotiable policy that once the insurance has been billed, the greater amount must be paid
