In the *** case from what I was told is left to complete was never part of the original agreement.
These items are as follows:
-cutlery drawer insert
-Light valance mouldings
-Owner supplied chair rail on wall
These items were talked about after the job was complete.

No other quote or invoice was ever made.
Again all the work listed on the original quote and invoice has been totally completed.
The other items Mr. talks about will have to be performed by himself or have someone else
The trim covering the counter lights is part of the cupboards and not an extra. The counter top which has let go is related to workmanship, not an extra. The company is aware of these deficiencies.
