I bought a Panasonic Toughbook from this company three years ago from TOUGHBOOK4LESS,the unit worked fine, and I was very pleased.
Now , I have an issue where the unit would boot, and the screen comes on, and black out, I contacted them through email and on their chat several times to see if they would check have their service tec. repair the unit at my expense, I did not ask them to foot the cost, and they have not respondede to any of my emails;they did not even have the commom courtesy to respond, they totally ignored me. To any one thinking of purchasing a tougbook do not buy from TOUGHBOOK4LESS, there service is horrible, I regret buying this computer from them, I should have bought it from a more reputable company like that can repair your unit when you need it, save yourself the headache, because one day you will need service and these guys will not be there for you

Review: I ordered a refurbished CF-53 laptop. After a few weeks on very gentle use, the screen cracked. No trauma was related to this failure. I can only assume it was a latent failure through its prior use, and finally manifested under my ownership. I was really hoping that Toughbooks 4 Less would take care of this and repair it at their expense since I as not satisfied with the product. After repeated requests they refused.Desired Settlement: Please fix the unit and deliver the product in working order.
