Review: On 11/23/14 I purchased two led lights bars from tough-light. I was contacted the next day on the 24th to confirm my order, and the lady stated that she would process the order, and I would receive a tracking number. On 12/3/14 I still hadn't received a tracking number nor my $508.53 order. I called twice on Dec 3 with no answer and left a message on the last call asking for my tracking number. I then called 7 times on Dec 4th asking for the whereabouts of my order and finally the phone was answered on the seventh call and the lady stated the light hadn't been made yet, and they are made to order. She never mentioned this before but I understood. December 9th came and still no tracking number. I called the company and received no answer. I then recieved an email stating my order had shipped on Dec. 11 @ 14:22 Eastern time, and it stated my order would be delivered in 5-7 business days. I then received my two lights on Dec 17, and upon opening the 50 inch light bar, I noticed that one side of it was damaged, as if it was dropped on concrete or hit with a forklift fork. I called on Dec 17 with no answer. I then called on Dec 19 and spoke with the lady at tough light, and to be honest, acted like I did something wrong, and was reluctant to help me. She stated that she wanted to ship me one of the parts that was damaged, and fix it myself. I said that wasn't how I was going to do business and I wanted a new light. She was reluctant to have me ship it back, and stated that I needed to pay for shipping. Even though the product was damaged when I received it! After going around and around, she then decided to send me a shipping label, but I needed to pay for the shipping from tough-light back to my house! So I shipped the light bar back after receiving the label. After no response for two weeks, I called tough lite on jan 13 with no answer and left a message. On Jan 16 I called again and spoke with the same lady stating that they never received the light. Received it 1/29/15 in the same damaged way.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. It has been over two months since I ordered this light and after paying $350.00 for it, 32 phone calls, and 8 emails, I still have no answers.
