Review: My mother and I had a bus trip on March 29, 2014, to [redacted] in [redacted] and [redacted]'s Casino in [redacted], Pa. Our bus broke down on the turnpike, I would say we were mid-way in the pouring down rain. Our bus driver tried everything he could to start the bus but nothing was working. He called Tour World's mechanic to see what could be done and nothing could be done at the time. The bus driver said it would take two-hours for another bus to get to us and it was about Noon. We had a paid contract to be at [redacted] by 1:30pm to see the artist [redacted] with a lunch. Needless, to say we made it to [redacted] by 3:30pm missed our show but had a very nice meal. We were late getting to [redacted]'s because of the situation. Oh, I forgot to mention the bus started up on it's own, we never received another bus. Once, we arrived at [redacted]'s the bus driver told us when we leave that evening we would have a new bus. Well, that never happened......We got on the same old bus, water was leaking every where and some of the people their food got wet including my mothers suit because water was leaking from the roof and the floor was extremely wet. Back on the road headed back to [redacted], Pa, the bus broke down again not to far from the turnpike. We waited until to the bus started back up again which was very frustrating for everyone. We met up with another bus at the turnpike and transferred everyone in the rain and it was pouring. Called the bus company to speak with [redacted] on Monday because he told me to call him and he would do what ever it took to fix what happened. [redacted] never fixed the situation he turned it over to his daughter [redacted] who is the owner. [redacted] and I went back in forth and agreed on a refund in the amount on $1,266 which is half of the bus and for the concert we missed. [redacted] told me and I have several emails as proof that she is waiting for her dad [redacted] to sign the check so she can mail it out to me. I have yet to receive the check and this is rediciously because I have been doing business with this company for over 8 years never had a problem until now.Desired Settlement: Because of the way this company has treated the consumers I'm asking for a full refund in the amount of $1,887.00. Which is the full amount of the bus ($1242) plus the concert ($645) = $1,887.00
