I am responding to the complaint due to the cancellation of our Winnipeg Tour on August 3,2015. Tourco was forced to cancel the tour due to a group that was holding space on the tour and were not able to get their numbers and...

decided to cancel their group for a later date. Reviewing the file we never cash his checks and voided them out and sent them back to him on August10,2015. We apologized to him and offered him another Canadian tour to Niagara at a $100.00 discount per person. Tourco values each and everyone of its customers and would never cancel a tour unless it was necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. I have called the customer and gave him my personal cell number if he would have any questions or would like to discuss the complaint. Thank you
