We booked nigths in Venice, Italy at the hotel Ambasciatori at address : *** del *** *** *** XXXXX through the "easy click travel"When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed us that our reservation was for the hotel next to this oneThe hotel name was Delfino and it was located at the building beside the Ambasciatori HotelThe front desk representative said the Hotel Delfino was part to de same company and we had to stay there because I booked and payed for the Hotel DELFINOMy booking confirmation shows AMBASCIATORI HOTEL and the address is for the AMBASCIATORI HOTEL and the pictures showed in the website were for the AmbasciatoreWe felt very tricked!!!!
We had no choice and had to check in and stay nigths at the DELFINO hotelThe beds were awfull and the hair dryer didn't work!
We don't feel right to book a hotel and HAVE TO STAY AT ANOTHER ONE!!!!

I work at a hotel, and I have had several reservations for guests who have booked using this site, and they don't send payment so we need to charge the guest as well. Be cautious with this company. This company seems to give the most problems as far as billing and payments go. I feel very bad for the guests, as they end up double paying until this company sends payment to the hotel.
I recently had a death in the family and used Tourico to go to Florida for a week. I am very satisfied with the accomodations and the affordability considering the last minute booking. I was skeptical when I first joined Tourico because travel clubs don't always have the best reputations, but after havng used it, I am glad I invested in Tourico Vacations.
I am in the midst of trying to make a reservation with easy click travel or turico holidays. I am trying to call customer service and I have been on hold for 20 minutes. I called 4 times before and was on for an hour. no human. very upset.
