scheduled appointment, but did call to notify the prospective customer in advance that he would be lateUpon arrival, an estimate sheet was filled out and measurements were takenTwo days later, on June 24, a message was left with our store manager inquiring if his estimate was readyThe message was passed on to the estimator, who had not yet completed the estimateOver the next few days, the estimate was completed and passed along to management for approvalAfter approval was given, the estimate was improperly filed with the other estimates that had already been given to potential customersThis error is what caused the potential customer to not receive his estimate in a timely manner. There is no excuse for this mistakeThis time of year is when we receive our highest volume of calls for estimates, With 30+ estimates requests per week, mistakes can occurWe would like to apologize to our potential customer and his familyWe appreciate the opportunity that he gave usWe do have the quote ready for him if he would still like to receive itWe are very proud to serve the residents of ***, *** County, and the tri-state areaThis matter has been discussed internally in an attempt to prevent a similar occurrence from happening in the future
