Review: I booked a promotional offer with this company $169.00 for a 5 night 6 day stay and one of 6 locations per person. When I had spoken with them initially to ensure that it was not a scam. I got everything written down triple checked with them on everything and it all seemed well. I then purchased the package with [redacted]. I then reverified everything with [redacted] who spoke with me after I had given them my card and billing info to ensure me that it was all set to go. I then followed up with them on December after the payment had gone through to go over the confirmation email received and to book our reservation. I spoke to [redacted] and he had verified to me that everything was good to go again and that they could book our reservation as soon as we had the paper work signed. Sadly that was not the case. I signed all the documents called to book our reservation and after 9 day of trying to speak with someone about it I finally got someone on the phone. That is when I spoke to [redacted] on December 15th. [redacted] stated that they would not have [redacted] ready to book until January 12th. I told them that our trip is for Feb 11th-16th, 2015. He stated it was on the paperwork and that they should be able to get it taken care of. I had stated that it was on the paperwork and that he was well aware. I feeling confident that everything would be alright called back on January 6th to follow up on the hotel status. [redacted] sent me the links of all the hotels and then hung up/ eleged call drop. I called right back and he was on the other line left a message for a call back and never received one. I then continued to call and ask for the manager. Everytime I had asked for the manager the phone call all of a sudden became dropped. Then I starred asking for [redacted] and [redacted] was the only employee who gave him my contact info and message. On January 15th, 2015 I received a call from [redacted] the manager saying they were full and didn't have anything till May for Hawaii.Desired Settlement: I have now been trying for over 2 months to book my reservation and now they are saying they have nothing till May and cannot accommodate for 5 travelers. I had told them from the beginning that there would be 5-6 of us and they said it was fine. Overall after more the 92 calls made to them from November 26, 2014 (initial date of purchase) up until now I feel that it is just a waste of time and effort and would just like the money refunded to all of us.
