When looking to purchase this vehicle we stressed the need to have full towing capacity, the sales rep told us that we could have an after market hitch installed and he would provide us with the info to do soAgain we clarified that this hitch would give us the full 5k lbs towing capabilityAfter purchasing the vehicle we requested the contact information to have the hitch added, we were then told by that company that we would only be able to tow a max of 2k lbs with the aftermarket hitchWe immediately reached out to Brent who was just as confused as we wereHe indicated he would speak with his manager John and get back to usBrent said that the information we were given regarding the 2k lbs capacity was correct and he apologizedAt no time did the dealership offer to rectify the situationI reached out again a few months later and spoke with a different sales rep who
Faulty work on oil pan gasket repair
Paid $1,to have upper and lower oil pan gasket repaired (March 2017)Failed months laterDealer refused to fix without cost (another $825)Note the original gasket was effective for yearsI had it repaired elsewhere and it was discovered that the leak was actually caused due to damage to the oil pan in the original repairPhots have been provided, there is absolutely no other way the damage could have taken placeThe independent repair shop has confirmed and stated there is no way I should accept this workThe second repair cost another $1,plus $1,for the new oil panI would like the dealer to reimburse me for the original repair and for the oil pan

My Camaro was brought in for service on 1/11/for a check engine light and a loss of power while acceleratingI was informed that based on the check engine light codes and symptoms, I needed to replace the "evap vent assembly" and that the repair would be $In addition to this issue I was informed that my tire pressure sensor has gone bad and I need to replace that as well, which I declined
