Review: I purchased a [redacted] bracelet on 2/14/2013 I had 3 charms total on this bracelet and wore it maybe 3 times, after less than 3 weeks of having this bracelet I noticed the bracelet had stretched out to the point that it was too large now and that the area of the clasp of the bracelet where the charms were touching it had begun to discolor. I called Tovon and Co. and spoke with a young woman who told me they could not refund me but they could let me exchange it for something else or receive store credit. Last night, 3/8 I went into the store around 6 pm, an older, blonde woman welcomed me into the store and when I told her what was going on she looked at the bracelet and immediately insisted this was an old style bracelet that was no longer sold, I handed her my receipt and showed her it was purchased less than 3 weeks ago, she then pulled out one of their bracelets they were selling and proved me correct that it was the same style. She said she had to speak to her manager, an older man then came out and told me that because the bracelet was worn they could not take it back. I insisted that I didnt want my money back but at least store credit, he told me he could not resell it and that he would have to lose the $65 if he took it back! I told him that this is not my problem, he sold a product that did not live up to the quality expected. He said he would contact the [redacted] company for me and if they would be willing to provide him with a credit he would extend that credit to me! He said I would have to leave the bracelet with him over night so he could show it to the person above him and get [redacted]'s approval. He then had someone call and leave me a message today telling me they cannot return it because [redacted] will not give them a credit for the bracelet and now claims that there is a kink in the bracelet as well! There was no kink in the bracelet when I left it with him, he even said to my face that the only issue with the bracelet was the discoloration and that it stretched out!Desired Settlement: I would like my $65 back that I payed for the bracelet. I would have originally accepted store credit, but after this experience, I do not want to ever have to deal with this store or make a purchase from there again.

This response you received is full of lies, I bought this bracelet myself and it was the first [redacted] I have ever owned, this was not a bracelet owned for 8 months it was less than a month old and worn on only a few occasions and no beads from [redacted] were worn, I simply stated I nevet had issues like this with [redacted]! This jeweler is a liar and the worst business practices I have ever seen!
