Review: My bank has my car repoed by the company stated on July,**,2014. The car was is good condition. It was towed to another location where they recived it with a broken passenger door. The door handle is gone and the mechanical wires were cut. Therefore there is no access to the car from the passenger side. I have been contacting them since Monday July [redacted] and they are very rude and disrespectful and refusing to give me there insurance information. They will no longer talk to me on the telephone or allow me to speak to the owner or boss. They are lying to me telling me they sent my bank information and my bank has had no contact with them since the day before the tow.Desired Settlement: I would just like for them to either repair my car door or give me their insurance information so I can file the claim.

Review: My 2014 BMW was repossessed in the middle of the night on March **, 2015. The towing company showed up with a tow truck. The car was parked in the backyard, so I backed it down the driveway to the street, and relinquished it to them. They hooked up the back of the car to the tow truck, leaving the front wheels on the ground, and left. The car was towed from the [redacted] to [redacted]. This car is an "all wheel" drive vehicle which needed to be towed on a flatbed truck with no wheels touching the ground. I picked it up, paid all the fees involved, on March [redacted], 2015. After pickup, I noticed a bubble in each front tire that were NOT there before it was towed. When I left the tow yard all the dashboard warning lights (service, engine, etc.) lit up all the way back to the [redacted]. There also was a burning smell that I sensed coming from the engine. I left it parked for the weekend, afraid to drive it, and had to take it to the nearest BMW dealership which was in [redacted], to have it looked at on March [redacted]. I have made numerous calls to make a claim on my damaged car. BMW still has the car, and is waiting for the claim to be filled out by the towing company, which are responsible for the shoddy towing and damage to it. I called the towing company today, March [redacted], 2015 to ask if he filled out the claim form and was screamed at by the office manager ([redacted])###-###-#### He was extremely rude. He said he'll pass it along to his boss when he's ready. He hung up on me while I was talking.Desired Settlement: This towing company dragged my car from my house, on the highway, through potholes to [redacted] with no regard to its safety. It sustained much damage. They need to pay for the damages THEY caused to it. I had 0 problems with it until it was towed.

Review: I called this company for weeks to make an appointment to collect my property from my vehicle, and was constantly put on hold or the line would get disconnected, so they said. When I was finally able to reach them they told me they had thrown out my property, which included a $175 GPS device. They told me the property had been there too long, they were very rude to me and hesitated to give me their company's name. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the replacement of my property.
