Tow-Decision

This towing company illegally towed my car from a parking lot and then charged me $200 to retrieve it at their unsafe location, covered in metal debris from a scrap metal operation that shares their site. Upon visiting the site to retrieve my car, the company said that they did not accept credit cards on Saturdays, so we had to go to a nearby ATM to retrieve the cash. There were no signs that indicated that parking during that time was not allowed.

Hello , Wednesday ,3rd, I was in a car accident. There are two lanes going the same direction , I am on the left lane and the other driver was on the right lane. So from the right lane the other driver made an illegal U turn Causing us to Crash. My car got most of the damage , now just keep in mind this is my first accident ever and I have no one to look up to for support when it comes to difficult situations. Now I'm very frustrated b/c I just purchased the car and I know I wouldn't be able to afford it. a tow truck comes to the scene and waits til the scene is clear to talk to me . The guy starts to make everything sound so good for me , so he starts to tell me " you should tow your car , this is really bad I been working for towing company for over 10 years " , so I say " no thank you there's no way I can afford to pay for towing and I work all the way at the airport and besides it's still drivable it's just a ugly damage" so he says " NO this is FREE , all you got to do is call their insurance company tell them what happen and they should give you a rental , I guarantee you that they will give you a rental and more money for what you paid for this car because he was in the wrong , I think you should tow your car it looks like it's totaled " . So I basically feel like he tried to fast talk me because I am young , and I'm a female and I did mention to him that this is my first accident ever. So I believe he used me to get his profit . So I speak to my sister like 2 days later and she said " nothing is free you should call and find out because they are probably charging you storage" . I immediately broke into tears knowing my life story , and I explained to them what happen and how I don't think it's fair that they lied . They're telling me it is 475 to take my car out. So I ask if they can lower the price they said okay 300, so I borrowed money to take my car out, when I get there "FOR SALE" was written all over my car. How were they gonna sell my car with no title? This place is a junkyard.
