On 12-1-we picked up the Honda in question, it was taken to our storage lot, then we were asked to deliver it to the owners house on 12-3-The wrecker driver unhooked the chains on the Honda and the OWNER got in the car and started to back the car down the bedAs he was backing down he pulled the bumper off, as you can see by the pictures enclosed of the bumper, it was already severely damagedIt was being held on by two plastic clips the rest of the bumper was already loose and already damaged beyond repair.Thank You, [redacted] Manager
Attached is a written statement made by the tow truck driver and the invoice for the tow made on 4/24/2017.Please let us know if you need any more informationTo whom it may concern:I, [redacted] picked up the vehicle in question from the FtWorth Police Dept pound where it had been sitting for over a year.I hooked onto said vehicle pulled it upon the truck strapped it down and took it to the appointment to drop itThe owner of the vehicle followed me thereI was told to go to the very back of the apartment complex and to drop it in the parking spot.Upon arriving to the desired parking spot, I informed the owner I couldn't put it where she askedI unloaded the car pushed it inot a spot across from the desired one and then pushed it straight into other spotI put up my chains, straps, and pulled the winch right, got payment, gave her a copy of invoice, and left the apartment
