In response to your letter. On May 2nd 2017 management from 711 contacted...

us to remove a vehicle that was parked in a "Tow away" zone. Vehicle was brought back to Towrifik impound yard where it was held until the registered owner retrieved said vehicle. in order for anyone to retrieve a vehicle from impound they must provide proof of ownership (Title and/or current Registration) Customer states that we asked him to sign the back of the title but there was no such request.
