What I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below What the business states is not true we called the Rochester police due to a hostile environment not tow bustersThey didn't "ask everyone to step back he yelled at just our party of people using foul language to go to the curb and that's part of the reason the police were calledThe person on the phone never gave us an address we used google to find the place, and no one was intoxicated from our partyOther customers of theirs may have been but we simply wanted our car back it was about half an hour for someone to arrive in an illegal minivan uninspected and broken windshield to even assist anyone.Revdex.com: Regards, [redacted]

My car was illegally towed, my ball joint had been broken, and I left my car in a parking lot, in a parking spot, where it broke, it was not in any ones way, it was parked in a parking spot like a carI informed the business about the situation, they stated they do not, and will not call a tow companyI came back the next morning with AAA to find the car was towed, by Tow Busters, by their own will, that nightI called to let them know they took my car that was broken, and they were not suppose to, he said "shouldn't have been there, $to get your car see you there" and hung upI called back, to ask how they put my car on the tow, considering it was damaged, he said exactly this: "listen here you F*n BH your car wasn't suppose to be there, now come get it or you're going to owe me more money, you're lucky I don't damage it" and hung up on meMy mother then called, in which her told her "To go F* herself"After going down to pay to get my car, I waited minu

Revdex.com spoke with the company who advised, this vehicle was towed for being illegally parked. Consumer contacted the business intoxicated and was told the address multiple times. The consumer was belligerent to towards the businessWhen employee arrived there were other consumers there
this consumer was asked to stand back while the other consumers were assisted The Rochester Police were contacted and advised the consumer to get back into the vehicle he arrived in until he could be assisted. The company is opened hours however the consumer must contact them to come to the lot to release the vehicle, typical wait time is less than minutes.

The tow truck drivers stole my lock out kit out of the car between the impound and the location of the drop off which is less than a mile from the city impoundI went to impound and watched cameras saw the drivers inside my vehicle which towbustrrs claims they dont go in the car At pm today they were inside my vehicle in the impound lotThey are responsible for my vehicle and its belongings while its attached to the tow truckThey claim they dont steal however as I stated the lock out kit was in the vehicle until they had possesion

My car was recently towed by this companyUpon picking my car up from the lot, I discovered that during the towing process, they damaged the oil pan leaving the car unable to be drivenThey also did extensive damage to the cars front left and front right fenderThe damage includes several large dents on both sides that weren't there prior

Phone response - He was parked illegally, we towed his vehicle - he has paid, and there was no damage when he leftWe had towed previously and he tried to have the charge reversed on his card, which he lostHave not received a dispute for the current charge yet

The car was parked illegally, and consumers always get receipts

Placed the call to be towed, was told one hour my car will be picked upThey were aware I was meeting them at the location the car was going to (in Greece) they kept giving me the run around, wouldn’t give me a time frame the car would arrive, or if it’s even been picked upGreece police department interrogated me at the place the car was getting towed to because I had been sitting there for so longAffer hours I call to complain, and the OWNER proceeds to call me a selfish bh, ungrateful, and told me to go to hell after I asked if he plans on apologizing to me or giving me my money back for making me wait an almost EXTRA hoursI placed the original call at 10:At pm, when the very polite tow truck driver finally arrived and I had tears in my eyes, he then tells me that there was so request for my car to be towed until 2pmI want my 10$ back and an apologyAnd for him to treat his employees better because I heard the way he yelled at this tow truck driver

This character Greg is his name not once but twice has towed my vehicle out of a establishment that that I was a patron he scratched t he front of my vehicle had no right to steal my car .Then when went to retrieve my car was verbally amused and threatened

I was towed from the back parking lot of Meigs and South Clinton StI parked and walked over to the Swillburger bar to meet a friend then continued over to our final destination at the Firehouse SaloonUpon leaving the Firehouse saloon my car had been towedWhen I called the tow company they explained I had gone over to a bar outside the property and they had a right to towI don't know which establishment the towing sign refers to The sign doesn't specify which establishments I must enter, only the fact that it must be on the propertyThe property is undetermined on the sign I took pictures of the sign to verify what I have said and can also provide evidence of being in both Swillburger and the Firehouse Saloon
