Subpar 20' x 34 Premium Plus White Bath Mats (9Lbs/doz)
These premium bath mats are less than "seconds in quality". Irregular weave, stains, slubs, etc. DO NOT PURCHASE. Customer Service (Pat) is the epitome of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pat called the issues I documented with pictures "minor imperfections". I was offered a return only if I paid the return shipping charge of $16.63. In other words I would be out of pocket $33.26 in shipping charges both ways. Buyer beware. This is not a customer friendly business. I will use these "premium" bath mats as shop rags.

We have bought towels in the past for our gym through towel supercenter, but this time the towels were cheaply made and falling apart after one washing We wash the towels before putting them on the shelves for our clients to use After the first washing they were frayed, strings and snags everywhere I called Towel Supercenter to see what they could do....nothing Accordingly they have been used because I washed them I will never order again from them No customer service - yes answer the phone, but no customer service Is it possible I received a bad batch? They did not care....now neither do I Not about their business, since they do not care about mine Never, never, never will I order
Ordered dozen hand towels for a customer and once received they were the wrong color The color pictured on their website is a bright electric blue The towels we received are a dark almost navy blue Called customer service to see if we could exchange for a bright color and was told, you can return at your own cost, and once received they would credit my account We do not have a problem returning, but most if not all of our suppliers will send a return packing slip and ship the correct product immediately This was not even offered and their customer service agent refused to let us speak with a supervisor The customer service agent, "Brook" also refused to give her customer ID number or last name when asked several times Very rude, unprofessional and definitely not customer friendly Upon reaching out to their returns department on their website, again, "You were told our return policy"no apologies, no attempting to make this right If you want rude, arrogant service, then you have come to the right place
I purchased six dozen hand towels from this company on Oct for use in my day spa for eyelash extensions and facial treatmentsThe first time I washed the towels, they came apart in the washer and frayed so badly that my washer was clogged up and would not drainWe had to take the washer apart to get the water to drain and remove handful and handful of lint, threads, and damaged towels
I emailed the company photos of these towels and nicely asked for them to replace the damaged goodsThis is the reply I received:
"Sorry we don?t take back used towels like thisSomeone used some kind of chemical on themWe have never seen our towels act up like this before."
I have called them several times yesterday and today, and they will not answer the phoneAll I get is a busy signal

I have never written a bad review, usually I just let it go, but this is just STUPID!!! I bought a large sum of towels for my salon. When it came I opend all of them to put to use, unfortunately these towels are water resistant!!! What kind of company sells water resistant towels???? They told me they wouldn't give me a refund or anything, that if I had any towels that are still in packaged I would have to ship it back at my own expense for a refund.. Do Not Order for this company unless you need water resistant towels or unless you want to throw money down the drain!!!!
