I am rejecting this response because:This is ludicrousI did not threaten anyoneI simply said not to ship an order that I had cancelledThis business states that they have a cancellation policy on their website, yet refused to send me a linkIt is not stated anywhere on their websiteAnyone can type up a policy after the fact, but I have printed out every page on their sitemap and can prove that this policy was never on their websiteI am appalled at the lack of professionalism from this business.

This customer placed a large custom order and approved all pre-printing proofs for their order. After proofs are approved, we as a company obtain the goods to customize. is contrary to our cancellation policy as listed below. Customer then threatened Towels & Home employee via email (email can be supplied upon request). Towels & Home chooses to no longer do business with customer. Not worth the hassle. CANCELLATIONSAt Towels & Home we work hard to have your orders processed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this means that the window of time between when your order is placed and when it is submitted to our warehouse for processing is very short. In order to receive a full refund, orders must be cancelled within 2 hours after they are placed. After 2 hours have passed, a 10% cancellation processing fee will be withheld from your refund amount. After 24 hours of placing an order, cancellations cannot be refunded. This applies to both blank and custom orders.
