Review: After Purchased a TV rack from the store with my credit card. The Sales representative took my personal information including my social security number and ran it through the credit bureau. After I made it clear in no uncertain terms that I did not want him to run my credit. The sales representative said he was going to run it "only in their system". A few days later I received a letter in the mail From GE Bank saying that I applied for credit at this store which I did not. I believe that this is a case of identity theft and misused of consumers personal information. I made numerious attempts to call and visit the store in person neither the manager or sales representative is willing to help to get this inquiry off my credit report. The inquiry is affecting my credit score. I believe that this store or manage should be prosecuted to the full extent of the lawDesired Settlement: 1) Provide the necessary document to get this inquiry off my credit report . 2) They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law because I believe that this is a case of indenitty theft 3)I should be compensated for the stress and headache which this store put me through

At this time, I have not been contacted by Tower Appliance Zone regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have also made numerious visits to the store but the store manager is not willing to assist me with my issue
