Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was told after the headlight was put in and handed the receipt that it couldn't be adjusted. There was no offer to fix that problem while the headlight was out. The mechanic did not come out and tell me about the part that was supposedly broken when I brought it in.  The headlight that I had replaced due to a broken cover was not out of adjustment when I brought my car in. It was not illuminating the ground instead of the road in front of the car. The only thing wrong with it was the broken cover. So it is, in my opinion and my husbands, that it was broken while being repaired. And that is why I wasn't informed of it until my car was parked back out front.  I will not be asking for a quote on having this new problem fixed because this mechanic/business doesn't seem to be that skilled. A reputable mechanic would come out and discuss this additional problem versus just slapping in a new headlight that doesn't do what it is intended to do. I will take a loss and let my online reviews of this company warn others about their shoddy workmanship and attitude.Sincerely,[redacted]

She was told verbally and in writing that there was more damage to her vehicle, and we would not be able to adjust the headlamp, The invoice further states that we were unable to adjust the headlamp and the labor charge does not include adjustment.  We performed the work requested...

and authorized.  We would be more then happy to quote out the additional repairs the vehicle needs in order to be able to properly adjust the headlamp
