Tower Clock Eye Center, S.C.

I went to Tower Clock Eye Center because I had cataracts and needed them removed. I was given 3 different lens options, 2 were covered 100% by my insurance, the 3rd option would cost me $3,000 per eye, the 2 that were covered by insurance would still require me to wear glasses. The 3rd option that would cost me $3,000 per eye would give me 20/20 vision and never need glasses. I went with the $3,000 per eye lenses. After the surgery my eye sight got worse. I wore 4 different pairs of cheater reading glasses, I couldn't see the dash of my car and they were extremely sensitive to light. When I went in for my check up, I was told that some type of film had coated my lenses and I now needed Lasik surgery. When I went back for the surgery, I was in one of the Prep rooms and was given a consent form to sign, as I read it I noticed some of the actual statements I was consenting to, I commented to the nurse that by signing this I would be lying because no one ever went over half of the stuff on the sheet, she then became very angry and rude, left the room. when she returned she brought me to the room where the procedure would take place and Doctor T[redacted] was waiting. he commented that he was told I had some questions. I then stated that I didn't believe the information on the consent form was ever gone over, Before I could make the statement about no one informing me about the possibilities of a film growing over the lenses and I could require further surgery, He became angry, slapped his hands together in a very angry state and said in one notch short of a holler "ARE WE GOING TO DO THIS TODAY OR NOT? Being that I was in desperate need of my eye sight, I said yes and left him perform the surgery. The Lasik surgery took approximately 2 minutes, tops. He said this is the fix for you and I will see you back in 4 months. I said "I don't need to come back in week for these to be checked?" he said "Nope, your eye sight is perfect now"......It has been 3 months since the Lasik surgery and I can't see any better now than before the surgeries, and the sensitivity to lights has only gotten worse, I received the bill and he charged me $3623 per eye for the Lasik surgery. I could see better when I had cataracts.
